What Prenatal actually is
Deep twists, lying flat on the back after the first trimester, strong abdominal work and anything on the belly are all out. What remains is a genuinely useful practice: hip opening, breath for labour, pelvic floor awareness and strength for carrying a growing weight.
Classes are small, and Dr. Sharma will want to know your trimester, your symptoms and what your doctor has said before you begin.

Questions
- When can I start?
- Most students begin in the second trimester. Earlier is possible with your doctor's clearance.
- I have never done yoga before. Is pregnancy the wrong time to start?
- No. Prenatal is taught as a beginner's class and assumes no prior practice.
- When can I return after birth?
- Usually around six weeks, and after your postnatal check. We will build back slowly.
